Departure

Wow this has been a crazy week.  We had a major storm pass through Monday evening which knocked out our power for most of the week.  I have been down with the flu but still managed to cook up something yummy over the weekend.  Unfortunately the power outage has prevented me from posting about the something yummies.  As you can see we now have power restored (yippee!) but I am packing to go on a business trip so the food posts will have to await my return.  Tomorrow I am off to Atlanta.  If you like you can check in with me over on my twitter page where I will be chronicling my adventures in healthy gluten-free eating while on the road.
